Let's take for example the Ducati 749S, this bike was more than 12,000 EUR back in 2005 and now you can find it almost in the same condition just for a little more than 4,000 EUR. The bike is not ugly or slow, even if it is not one of the Ducati's favorites it does it's job well. Of course has some problems if you drive it in the rain. It seems that clever lightweight CAN wiring was a little prone to shorting in the wet and started the ignition even if the key was not near the bike. It is a powerful motorbike and above all it is easy to ride, also the motor and chassis are much better compared to other Italian motorcycles. It reaches a top speed of 252 Km/h, it has a power of 103 HP achieved at 10,000 rpm and the torque is peaking at 77Nm at 8,500 rpm, which is very good indeed. It is very ergonomic but if you have trouble riding it you can adjust the pegs, bars and the seating height. It is very stable and it feels good on the road, so for the guys who have the money to get one I think it is a good oportunity to buy it.
